Royal Restaurant Fundraisers

Fundraisers at The Royal Restaurant are a great way to combine food, fun and a good cause. To help you out with your event, we have developed an easy way to raise funds for your organization (see below). Also, be sure to read about our Party Planning Services, Policies and Procedures.

Who’s Eligible?

Any school or non-profit organization with a Tax I.D. number and recognized by the government as a non-profit organization [or authorized subgroup] can take part in a Royal Restaurant Fundraiser Event, such as:

  • Public Schools
  • Parent Teacher Organizations
  • Booster Clubs
  • Campus Clubs
  • School Camps
  • Girl/Boy Scouts
  • Student Councils
  • Sports Teams
  • Cheer Leading Squads
  • School Bands

Fundraiser Donations Formula

The Royal Restaurant will donate a percentage (as outlined below) of net food and beverage sales generated by the supporters, families and friends of your organization on the specific day to help your organization. Only purchases accompanied by a specified flyer/coupon will be eligible. The number of flyers/coupons by The Royal Restaurant determines the donation rate as shown below: (NOTE: A minimum of 20 flyers/coupons is required for a donation to be made.)

1-19 flyers/coupons = 0%
20-40 flyers/coupons = 10%
41 or more flyers/coupons = 15%

The Royal Restaurant also suggestions that in order to make your event more successful that you include other fundraising activities, such as 50/50 Raffles or Silent Auctions.
